What Merid costs.
Three plans, and the app is the same in all three. Free asks for no card and has no deadline: it already includes every everyday module, with AI, just on a smaller quota. Basic raises the quota. Pro is the only one that opens new modules — Labs, Medications and CGM.
- ✓Every everyday module: food, workout, cardio, sleep, water, weight
- ✓20 AI readings + 2 analyses per day
- ✓The same modules, with 5x the AI quota
- ✓Plate photos and Insights at the pace of daily use
- ✓100 readings + 8 analyses per day
- ✓Everything in Basic
- ✓Labs and the clinical loop
- ✓Medications and interactions
- ✓200 readings + 15 analyses per day
Monthly or annual subscription, cancellable any time from Settings. The Free plan stays free and asks for no card.
Logging and analysis have separate quotas.
Because they cost us different things — reading a plate costs a fraction of a cross-module analysis, and charging both to the same bucket would only make you save exactly where you do not need to.
AI logging: plate photo, barcode, free text, a photo of your workout sheet, voice capture. This is everyday use, and the ceiling is wide on purpose.
Analysis: Insights, suggestions, diet or workout plans, reading a lab report, a prescription or a glucose report. This is what reads the whole picture, and the ceiling is short.
Running out of one does not block the other. With no analyses left you can still log all day — and both reset at your local midnight.
Manual logging never touches either bucket — typing water, sleep, weight, a meal or a workout by hand is free on any plan, including after you hit both ceilings. Repeating an identical request does not count either: the answer comes from cache.
Start on Free and decide with your own data.
You do not have to pick a plan now. Create the account, log a few days and see whether the cross-module reading is worth what it costs — that is how the decision stays honest.
