Each module covers a part of your health. Log manually, and Merid cross-references the data to return recommendations.
Food: log meals by plate photo, barcode, or free text — the AI estimates calories and macros (protein, carbs, fat), and you can adjust before saving. Supports history search and favorite meals for one-tap re-logging.
Workout: strength training log — exercise, sets, loads and reps. Photograph your workout sheet or speak/type free text and the AI structures it. Shows load progression over time per exercise.
Cardio: running, biking, walking, swimming and similar — duration, distance, perceived intensity. Feeds into the day's calorie expenditure alongside Workout.
Sleep: bed/wake time, perceived quality (1–5). Feeds the sleep trend and cross-module recommendations (e.g. poor sleep + heavy training the same day).
Water: volume drunk throughout the day, with a configurable daily goal and optional reminders.
Weight: weigh-ins over time, with a computed trend (not the raw daily value, which fluctuates with fluid retention) and projection toward your goal.
Labs: photo or PDF of a blood test — the AI extracts markers (e.g. ferritin, vitamin D, HbA1c) and cross-references them with what you log in Food/Supplements, flagging discrepancies without prescribing action (1 free test on any plan; unlimited on Pro).
Medications: medication and supplement tracking, with attention to how a medication class may affect appetite/body composition — never suggests dose, start, pause, or discontinuation (Pro).
Supplements: what you take day to day — added manually or from a photo of the label, with the composition structured by AI. It's what closes the loop with Bloodwork: a marker out of range is cross-checked against what you already supplement.
Glucose (CGM): imports the 14-day report from your sensor (Stelo, Lingo, Libre) — average glucose, GMI, variability, and time in range — and cross-checks it with what you ate in the same window. No screen interprets the number for you (Pro).
Diet: structured meal plan (meals and macro targets per day), AI-generated from your profile, goal, and preferences.
Fasting: a timer for your fasting window, with history and protocol (16:8, 18:6, or open). It warns you when the window is closing, and logging a meal mid-window offers to end it at the time of the entry — it never blocks the log.
Cycle: flow and symptoms logged per day, with the current cycle day and the intervals between entries. It only counts what you logged: it neither estimates nor predicts a date.
Insights: ask the AI free-form questions about your own logged data — e.g. "how has my sleep been during heavy training weeks?"
Suggestions: proactive recommendations generated by cross-referencing modules, without you having to ask.
Trends: the time series of everything you log — calories, sleep, weight, load per exercise, macro adherence — plus your streak and the calorie burn computed from your actual history rather than a formula.
Hub and 360 View: the home screen summarizes your day (calorie goal, water, workouts); the 360 View (Overview tab in Analysis) combines diet adherence, workout/cardio frequency, weight trend, and the labs clinical loop in one panel.
Merid has 3 plans. Free and Basic give access to the SAME modules and differ only in the daily AI quota (20 readings + 2 analyses on Free, 100 + 8 on Basic). Pro is the only one that unlocks new modules — unlimited Labs (every plan has 1 free test), Medications and CGM — plus 200 readings + 15 analyses per day.
Basic and Pro are monthly or annual subscriptions. Plan changes and cancellation are handled directly on the Settings page, no need to contact support. The Free plan asks for no card.
